Acacia cottage boasts lots of character and has two good sized bedrooms – one with twin beds and one with a double bed and a further room off of this room with plenty of space for a cot or extra z bed. Each has plenty of wardrobe and storage space and mirrors for your convenience. A hairdryer and shaver point are provided too.
The downstairs offers fairly open plan living space with a comfortable relaxing lounge and a wooden floored dining room alongside a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with a double oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and has access to the garden and patio area.
The dining room has seating for at least 4 people set in a bay window, with stairs on the other side for access to the first floor. A CD Radio is available here for your use.
The Living room has comfortable seating for at least 5 people and a TV with DVD player.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over and plenty of cupboard space for your toiletries..
An iron, ironing board and airer are provided for your use and are located in the wardrobe area off of the double bedroom.
Garden furniture and a BBQ with tools can be provided for you to eat alfresco in the secluded garden.
The house is centrally heated throughout for your comfort, instructions for which can be found in this folder.

Check in
Check in time is from 4pm unless otherwise arranged and arrangements for the key to the cottage will be arranged with you on receipt of your final payment.

Check Out
On the day of departure the cottage must be vacated by 10 am in order for everything to be ready for the next guests. Keys must be left with us as you leave, we will make arrangements with you about this on your arrival. Please replace all furniture to its original position and leave all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and cooker clean and ready for use – dishwasher must be left empty please.
If you would like to leave luggage with us before you travel home later in the day please let us know and we can make arrangements with you.
Damages
We do respect our customers and whilst we do not request a security deposit to cover for any damages, we trust that should the situation occur you will pay to replace or repair any such damages in order for things to be put right before the next guest’s arrival. On the inside of the kitchen cupboards is a list of replacement costs – if any breakages should occur please leave the appropriate amount before leaving or replace with equivalent item.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason the following will be refunded up to your arrival day:
4-8 weeks 50%
2-4 weeks 25%
Less than 2 weeks no refund
Responsibility
We, the owners do not accept any responsibility in respect of death, injury or illness to any person or for property whilst using our facilities including 3rd parties.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the property unless they are guide or hearing dogs.
