A welcome pack may be pre-ordered for your arrival at a cost of £14, which will include the following items:

Milk (2 Litre)
Sugar
Loaf of Bread
Butter
Jam
Cereal
Orange juice (1 Litre)
Confectionary
Please advise if you have any special dietary requirements or would like us to supply additional items i.e. Flowers or champagne for your special occasion which can be included for an additional charge.
We also rent our property for short breaks – A minimum stay of 2/3 nights at a rate of £55 -£80 per day. (This is inclusive of all bed linen and fuel)
Again a welcome pack as per above can be pre-ordered.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking with the final balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by cheque payable to Mrs H Brown
If you book your accommodation with us within 8 weeks of your arrival date full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Change over day is Friday – however in low season this maybe more flexible.
A cot and high chair are available as required at no extra cost - please advise at the time of booking (Please note bed linen for the cot must be provided by yourselves)
